Sad Sonata is a very touching love story. Jun Yeong (Kwon Sang Woo) and a blind girl Hye In (Kim Hee Sun) are so much in love that made them think nothing will change their love. Times change everything though, Sang Woo moves to Seoul and Hye In immigrates to USA with her auntie and was misinformed her lover Sang Woo has died. She stars her talent to sing and becomes a famous singer and backs to Seoul with her eyes recover. She was introduced to Sang Woo a composer who is a friend of her fiancé. Sang Woo recognizes her but Hye In has never seen him before. Will Hye In find out about Sang Woo??
